Dr. A takes any stress out of a behavioral health diagnosis and normalizes the experience. He's polite, funny, and caring when he talks to his patients. I look forward to my visits with him because there is no judgment and I’m free to ask any questions at any time. He makes time for me and he isn’t rushed.

Dr A is very professional in talking and telling us everything about the medicines and how they work or not. He says they need more structure then, I try to do that. He says tell them once I try to follow his advice. I don’t get upset. I do what he says to help my boys. He is great!

I’m extremely satisfied with me therapy sessions with Mr. Barthell. He is attentive & compassionate & relatable. I’m not the easiest of patients, as I’ve had other counselors break up with me in the past, but he stays right there with me even down my craziest rabbit holes. He is a safe space for me to share so I can process through things even if I’m not quite at the right perspective where my feeling are valid but without egging on the further out loops. This helps to keep me moving forward, which is the way. Highly recommend.

He is very thorough when is comes to patients. Everyone is not the same, and he makes sure to cover all basis.
